  • Beautiful Banana Bread. Made

    Beautiful Banana Bread.

Made this Banana bread this morning. Just a couple of little changes. I only had 300g of bananas, so I made up the weight with an apple. Instead of the two spices, I added 2 teaspoons of a Dutch Speculaas spice. Otherwise I followed the recipe Exactly as written. I just had a slice and it was still warmish! And it is  really really yummie!

I will definnately be making this again and again.

    Thank you!  tmrc_emoticons.)

This is a really moist and delicious loaf enjoyed by kids and adults alike! Best banana loaf I've ever had. I do like to be a little naughty and sprinkle coconut sugar on the top before baking.
