Ingredients

220g butter

220g Brown Sugar

  • 110 g raw Organic Honey
  • 200 g Raw Oats
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 20 g Pepitas Seeds
  • 20 g Coconut

10 g dried cranberries

  • 15 g Roasted almonds
  • 10 g Cashews raw

20 g rice puffs

60 g white choc chips

Recipe's preparation

    White Choc Chip Muesli Bars
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees  (or 150 degrees fan forced oven)

    Grease a 20 x 30cm rectangular pan and line with baking paper 

    Add the butter, sugar and honey to the TMX bowl and cook for 5mins, Varoma Temp (no cup to let out steam use basket instead), sp2 

    Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT the choc chips and combine for 30 seconds, [Counter-clockwise operation], sp 2

     

    Press the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the choc chips

     

    Bake for approx 30mins or until the top is browned lightly

     

    Allow to cool completely in the pan, remove and cut to preferred size bars
