Tip
This slice is sugar free, gluten free (although you can chose not to use Gluten Free Flour) and dairy free but still super sweet and very quick and easy!
In cooler weather when the coconut oil hardens, you may need to add an extra step to soften in first. Before adding all other ingredients at Step 2, remove banana and date mix and put coconut oil and honey/rice malt syrup in jug for 1 min 50 degrees speed 1 and then continue with adding all ingredients in after that.

Cheers for this very easy recipe. I found it was not enough mixture for my slice tine so I did it in a quiche tin and it was a good size.

This was really simple and between the two 19 year olds and 1 10 year old, it was finished in around 20 minutes so need to make a double batch next time! Considering it had no sugar in it, it was really nice, thank you for sharing
