  • 350 grams SR flour
  • 50-100 grams honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 400g can coconut cream or milk
  • 20 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 100-130 grams water, Depending on desired consistancy

Recipe's preparation

    Batter

  1. Place all ingredients in Thermomix bowl. Mix for 7seconds/Speed 5 or until well mixed (don't over mix)

    Spoon 1-3 tablespoon (depending on desired size) into hot non-sitck pan cook until bubbles form on to, flip and cook other side.

Serve with Honey/Jam or desired topping. We enjoy them by themselves also.

    Made these today for family morning tea and they are delicious and healthy 👍I only put 50grms of honey and that was plenty. My great grandson loved them. Thank you for sharing. 😊
