  • 80 grams Coconut
  • 120 grams brown sugar
  • 140 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt butter 3 mins. 60° speed 2. Add remainder of ingredients, mix 30 secs. speed 4. Press into greased slice tray. Bake at 180° 20 minutes or until cooked and golden. Ice with your choice of icing. I used lemon icing and topped with coconut. Cut into serving pieces.

    I make this often because it is so easy and I always have the ingredients on hand. Lemon icing is the best on it too!
