Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 140ºC (fan forced).
2. Line two baking trays with baking paper
3. Dissolve espresso powder and water in a small bowl and set aside to cool
4. Add butter and sugar to the mixing bowl and blend 30s/sp4. Scrape down sides
5. Add plain flour, corn flour, coffee mixture and salt to the mixing bowl and blend 30s/sp4.
6. Scrape sides of the bowl and blend again 15s/sp 4.
7. Pipe onto a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes at 140ºC (fan forced)
8. Cool on tray and enjoy!
