Coffee Cupcakes
- 220 grams caster sugar
- 220 grams Butter
- 220 grams Self Raising Flour
- 50 grams Coffee Essence
- 4 eggs
Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven 180 degree Celsius.
Add butter and sugar. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 6. 45 seconds scraping down bowl.
Add eggs, coffee & flour. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 6. 30 seconds scraping down bowl.
Pour into greased cupcake tray or silicone cupcake tray.
Bake 20 minutes 180.
