Coffee Cupcakes

  • 220 grams caster sugar
  • 220 grams Butter
  • 220 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 50 grams Coffee Essence
  • 4 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    Coffee Cupcakes
  1. Pre-heat oven 180 degree Celsius.

    Add butter and sugar. Mix Counter-clockwise operation speed 6. 45 seconds scraping down bowl.

    Add eggs, coffee & flour. Mix Counter-clockwise operation speed 6. 30 seconds scraping down bowl.

    Pour into greased cupcake tray or silicone cupcake tray.

    Bake 20 minutes 180.

Tip

You can use real coffee instead.

Shot of espresso or 2 teaspoon of granulated coffee diluted in hot water.
