- 170 g plain flour
- 80 g Coconut
- 125 g Butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder
- 120 g icing sugar
- 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa
- 2 - 3 tbsp water

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Pre Heat over to 180 degrees.
Place all slice ingredients into TM mix together 30secs/sp4. Press into baking tin and bake for 10 mins.
Once cooled prepare icing ..... for the amount i just mix in a bowl with a fork adding as much water as required.
Spread over slice and place in fridge to set.
Accessories you need
Can be made with gluten free flour and dairy free butter.
Can sprinkle coconut on top whilst icing is setting.
If you want it chunky use shredded coconut and reverse when combining. Otherwise desicated is fine.
Can use some melted coconut oil in icing instead of water if you like your coconut like I do.
Pop some nuts in or dried fruits for a little extra.
