If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat Oven 180C or Moderate
Cream Butter and Sugar 10 sec speed 5
Scrape down sides and repeat 10 sec speed 5
Reduce to speed 3 and add the egg whilst blades are moving.
Add Vanilla, Sultanas, Coconut, Flour and salt mix 10 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3
Add 40g Crunchy Nut cereal in the last few seconds to stir through.
Roll heaped teaspoons in extra cereal to coat well.
Place on lined baking trays
Allow room for spreading
Bake in Moderate Oven 180C for 15mins or until golden
