Custard Cake

  • 200 g sugar
  • 140 g SR flour
  • 115 g Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g Milk
  • 1 tablespoon custard powder, heaped

Recipe's preparation

  1. melt butter in bowl for 2-3min, sp2
  2. add remaining ingredients and mix for 1min, sp3
  3. scrape down sides and give a quick mix for 3sec, sp3
  4. bake in a ring tin at 160C FF for 40min or until cooked
