2cups dates , 1tsp baking soda, 220ml freshly brewed coffee, 1 1/4 cups spelt flower 1tsp baking powder,3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 quinoa flakes,150 g butter ,1 tsp vanilla extract, 4 eggs lightly beaten, 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 level teaspoon bicarb soda
  • 190 grams Freshly brewed coffe (long black)
  • 185 grams White spelt flower
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 160 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 150 grams Salted butter
  • 1 level teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 grams pecan nuts

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees , line a baking dish with baking paper
  1. add dates chopp 3 sec speed 7

    add bicarbonate of soda 

    add coffee leave mixture for 10 min in the bowel

    add Pecan nuts 

    mix for 5 sec speed 5

    add all other ingredients mix 10 sec speed 4 ( or till mixed thoroughly)place the mixture in the lined baking dish  (cut in squares after cooling ) 

    bake in the oven 180 degrees 25 min or till skewer comes out clean

    or bake in muffin tray  little cupcake forms
