- 150 g Butter
- 275 g raw sugar
- 75 g cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 75 g plain flour

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Mill sugar 6 sec / speed 9.
Add butter and cocoa to bowl with sugar, and melt 5 mins / 60 degrees / speed 2, or until melted.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix 10 sec / speed 4.
Add flour, mix 10 sec / speed 4. Scrape down sides and mix a further 5 sec / speed 4.
Pour into a 20cm square tin lines with baking paper.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until centre is just set.
Cool in tin, then cut into squares to serve.

So yummy. I googled the Donna Hay recipe to find out how much vanilla to add, it's 1 tsp. At the step after you add flour and do the final mix I added 100g dark choc chips. I can see this becoming a regular.

This will now replace an overly complicated version I had been making weekly for lunchboxes. This is so simple and easy, with just a few ingredients. I added a few chia seeds also. Cooked mine for 20 minuted and turned out crisp on top but deliciously goeey in the middle.
