If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160°C Grease and line 16 x 23cm baking tray
1. Break up white chocolate - then into bowl 2 seconds/Sp 5 - set aside
2. Put dark chocolate into bowl - 3 seconds/Sp 5
3. Add butter - 4 min/50°C/sp2
4. while mixing at sp 2 slowly pour in eggs through MC hole
5. Add Sugar, Flour and Cocoa Powder - 20 seconds/sp 2
6. Add White Chocolate - stir through 15 seconds/Sp 2
Put into prepared tray and bake in oven for 40 minutes

Tip
If not cooked through you may want to leave in oven for another 5 minutes - but these are best when slightly gooey..... at least that's what my kids say.
