Brownie

  • 100 grams oil
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • .25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 grams cocoa
  • 75 grams flour
  • 40 grams Milk or Buttermilk

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius

    Line a slice tray with baking paper

    ADD ALL INGREDIENTS

    Mix 10 seconds/ Speed 5

    Scrape down

    Give another 5 secs speed 5 if necessary

    Pour into lined tray and cook 20 mins. It pulls away from baking sheet a little when done.

    Dust with icing sugar is you wish. Cut when completely cool.

Tip

Its quite thick and hard to all get out the bowl, my kids LOVE it when i add ice and milk to make iced chocolate and it helps to clean the bowl, add ice, 20 secs speed 9, add milk 15 seconds speed 6. Turbo a couple times

    I needed a super fast recipe for playgroup. This fit the bill percectly. Not the most amazing brownie recipe but tge fastest, easiest and still with an excellent result. I reduced the sugar down to 160 and upped the cocoa. Well and truly sweet enough. Thanks fir the recipe.
