For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and prepare a square tin with baking paper.
  2. Add butter and chocolate and melt together 4min/60c/sp2.

Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl
  3. Add eggs and sugar to the bowl. Mix thoroughly 10sec/sp5
  4. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix 30sec/sp3. Scrape down the sides and mix again 10sec/sp1. Pour into prepared tin.
  5. Warm the biscoff spread for 20 seconds in the microwave then pour randomly over the batter, using a knife to gentle marble the mixture over top. Layer the biscuits overtop pushing them in gently to make them stick.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes so the edges are cooked but the middle is still nice and gooey/soft.

ENSURE THE BROWNIE IS COOLED BEFORE YOU TRY AND REMOVE FROM THE TIN AND CUT!
