Easy Caramel Biscuits

Ingredients

Biscuits

  • 115 grams Butter, room temp
  • 110 grams brown sugar
  • 60 grams golden syrup
  • 175 grams Self Raising Flour

Recipe's preparation

    Biscuit
  1. Pre heat oven 180 fan forced

    2. Cream butter and sugar speed 4 for 30sec.

    3. Add golden syrup. Mix speed 4 for 10 sec.

    4. Add flour and mix interval for 40 sec or till combined.

    5. Roll into Tbs balls, and place on baking tray 2cm apart as will spread.

  2. Bake for 12-15 mins or till golden.

    Cool.

Tip

its a very sweet biscuit but very addictive!

Can add caramel choc chips or any choc chips to top.

Also you can sandwich together with nutella.

Can freeze.

    I only added about 60g of brown sugar. Still too sweet (because of the syrup). I think next time I’ll use caster sugar, even though no caramel taste/just normal biscuit then.
    Edit:-This was so much nicer the next day! I changed my rating.
