Recipe's preparation
place butter and sugar into bowl melt at 60 degrees for 2 minutes speed 4.
Add the Cocoa and mix for 2 minutes speed 4 at 60 degrees until combined the result will be slightly grainy in texture.
Add Eggs, Flour and Vanilla essence. Mix 20 seconds on speed 4
Place into slice tin lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
