Recipe's preparation

    Easy Coconut Custard Pie
  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees C.

     

    Grease 9” Pie Plate

     

    Add biscuits and sugar blend 10 seconds speed 9.  Add remaining ingredients and blend 30 seconds speed 5.  Scrape down and mix further 10 seconds, speed 5.

     

    Add to pie plate.  Bake 30 mins.  Convec 180. Degrees.

    Moriah88: how did you go with using coconut milk in this recipe? I was going to try using almond milk instead of full cream milk but I might use coconut milk instead. Thank you tmrc_emoticons.-)

    Just put coconut pie in oven, so easy to make, I didn't have marie biscuits, so I used Gluten free Arrowroot biscuits. I didn't use cows milk, I used Cocoquench coconut milk. I'll let you know how it turns out ☺

    Great concept. Enjoyed by the family, very sweet. If I were to make again would drop back to 50g sugar. Used half coconut milk, half cows milk.
