Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Grease 12 tin muffin tray
Drain pear juice and empty pears into jug. Chop speed 4 for 1 second. If you prefer less chunky pears you can chop for longer
Add all other ingredients and mix Speed 3 for 30 seconds or until combined
Spoon into muffin tray and cook for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden and muffins springs back when pushed in centre

Tip
Can use peeled fresh pears instead cut into quarters. Additonal ingredients can be added in to taste I.e apples, berries, choc chips or desiccated coconut.
Freezes well, just pop into lunchbox and will defrost by lunch time.

Very versatile recipe. I have made this with various fresh fruit now and they always turn out great. I have halved the sugar everytime also, as I find the fruit makes them sweet enough. Have also replaced the milk with various yoghurts instead too!

Used some bottled peach halves that were hanging around in the fridge and used half cream half milk. Brushed on some butter and sprinkled cinnamon/sugar when out of oven. Took about 1 minute of work to make!
