      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. [size= 14px]Cream the butter and sugar together mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds. Scrap down sides if needed.
    [/size]Add the flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix on speed 4.5 for 20 seconds. Scrape down sides if needed and repeat the mixing if still clumpy.
    If mixture is too thick, add some more milk.
