Recipe's preparation
- Heat oven to 190C. Add butter, sugar, egg and vanilla to bowl"Closed lid" 2mins/"Gentle stir setting" 3, add flour and baking powder. "Closed lid" 40 seconds "Gentle stir setting" 4. Finally add sultanas ( or chocolate chips) "Closed lid" 30 seconds "Gentle stir setting" 2"Counter-clockwise operation" .Roll tablespoons into balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake on greased trays 15-20mins
