  • 150 grams medjool dates
  • 180 grams warm water
  • 1/2 level teaspoons bicarbonate soda
  • 90 grams Butter softened
  • 1/2 level teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 80 grams brown sugar

  • 150 grams plain flour

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Date and Granola muffins
  1. Place dates, warm water and bicarbonate soda into mixing bowl then blend 5 sec/speed 7.
    Preheat oven to 180deg c. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula, Add remaining ingredients, except granola, then mix 10 sec/speed 5.
  3. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula. Add granola, then combine 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 4.
  4. Divide mixture between muffin cases.
    Bake for 20 mins or until a skewer inserted into muffin comes out clean.
    Cool completely before icing with cream cheese icing and granola sprinkles.
