- 100 g olive oil
- 260 g Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp salt
- 450 g plain flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 210 g caster sugar
- 1 level tbsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 level tsp bicarbonate of soda

Recipe's preparation
- Set oven to 180°
- Place all wet ingredients into bowl & mix on sp5 for 10secs
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix on sp5 for 10secs
- Add in any filling of choice (I use 125g of choc chips) & mix "Counter-clockwise operation" sp4 for 5secs
- Place in greased muffin trays & bake for 20mins
