If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. preheat the oven to 190°c
2. put all ingredients in the thermomix and mix for 10sec spd 5
3. put paper cases in to muffin tray and fill with batter 3/4 full
4. bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes
5. add favourite topping

Very easy to make.
I made these for kids party, for a gluten- and dairy-free guest. Haven't tasted them yet but thet look good!
I substituted canola oil for the melted butter.
