Will keep well in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Using a silicone slice form means not having to grease or line a tin.

Can use other berries or perhaps even leave out altogether

Delicious! I agree with the first comment in that it doesn't sink when it cools. Stays cakey and moist rather than dense and dry like some brownies. Will definitely make it again.

This brownie recipe is a 'never fail'!!  I've made it over and over, I use GF flour and I think it turns out better!!  seems to 'hold up' when it cools and not 'sink'  and I only give it 1-2 seconds on reverse once I add the berries, so they stay whole. I always get comments and have passed it on lots of times!!!  So easy and great for all to enjoy ...... even those on GF diets ......... Thanks for the great recipe!!

My husband made this yummy brownie, his second attempt at baking. He left out the white chocolate, as we didn't have any and added more raspberries. Delicious warmed and with ice cream! tmrc_emoticons.)
