- 200 grams Coffee
- 400 grams Milk
- 250 grams brown sugar
- 200 grams white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 360 grams flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
Icing
- 230 g brown sugar
- 210 g evaporated milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 55 g Butter
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 250 g Coconut & Pecans

Recipe's preparation
- Pre heat your oven to 180°C, fan bake and line your baking dish
- Add 165g Butter
- Add 140g Dutch Cocoa Powder
"Closed lid" 2minutes/ 55°C/ Speed 5
- Add 200g Coffee
- Add 400g Milk
- Add 250g Brown Sugar
- Add 200g White Sugar
- Add 3 eggs
- Add 1 TBSP Vanilla Paste
- Add 360g Flour
- Add 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Add 3 tsp Baking Powder
- Add pinch of Salt

- Scrape down the sides of the bowl

- Pour into prepared cake tin and bake for 45minutes or until skewer comes out clean
- Add 230g Brown Sugar
- Add 210g Evaporated Milk
- Add 3 Egg Yolks
- Add 55g Butter

- Add 3 tsp Vanilla Paste
- Add 250g Coconut and Pecans

- Set icing aside to cool while cake cooks
- Once cake has cooked and cooled top with icing and serve
