  • 210 grams sugar
  • 185 grams Butter, Soft
  • 1 egg
  • 4 level tablespoons molasses
  • 350 grams Plain Flour.
  • 2 level tsp baking soda/bicarb
  • 2 drops Ginger doTERRA Essential Oil
  • 1 drop Clove doTERRA Essential Oil

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 180
  1. 1.  Place butter and sugar in bowl. Cream for 3 minutes on Speed 5.

    2.  Add Egg, molasses and Essential oils. Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 3.

    3.  Add Flour and baking soda. Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 5.

    4.   Place mixture into bowl and cover. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

    5.  Take a teaspoon of mixture, roll into a ball. Mix in extra suger in a small bowl till cover.

     

    6.  Place on baking tray 2 cms apart
