- 200g Almonds raw
- 25g Coconut sugar
- Pinch salt
- 80g Agave, Honey or rice malt syrup
- 2tsp vanilla
- 40g coconut oil
- 200g pitted dates
- .5tsp salt
- 1/2cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Put all ingredients in bowl on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Grease a lamington tin with coconut oil and press down base.
Put all ingredients in bowl on speed 4 for 20 seconds. Spread over the top of the base and put into the fridge for atleast an hour before serving.
