- 560 g Cooked apples, (Tinned apples work well)
- 150 g Frozen Berries
- 6 eggs
- 1.5 level teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.5 level teaspoons baking powder

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Line cupcake tin with 18 papers. Pre-heat oven to 180C.
2. Place raw almonds into dry bowl and mill for 10 secs, speed 10. Set aside in seperate bowl.
3. Place eggs into bowl. Mix for 30 seconds, speed 5.
4. Add almonds, apples, berries, cinnamon and baking powder to the bowl.
5. Mix speed 3 for 8 seconds or until just combined.
6. Divide mixture between cupcake papers. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
8. Delicious served warm with coconut yoghurt

I really enjoyed these. Loved that there was no flour at all just the almond meal. Not too sweet. Just right. I used GF baking powder and instead of cooked apples I chopped fresh after grinding almonds. Still worked well. Also had with coconut yoghurt. Yummmm. Thanks.
