If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat Oven to 180c
Add Butter and Sugar 10 sec / speed 8
Scrape down sides with spatula
Add cream and vanilla 5 secs/ speed 4
Add Flour, Bi-Carb soda & Cream of Tartar 10secs / Speed 5
Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again 10 secs / Speed 5
Mixture should resemble bread crumbs
Tea spoon sized portions, roll into balls
Place on lined tray and depress lightly with fork.
Garnish with 100/1000's, quarter sliced cherry, or slivered almond
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned
