Ingredients

  • 170 g Chopped butter
  • 50 g golden syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 340 g SR flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground ginger

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre Heat oven to 180 0C.

     

    Place Butter and Golden Syrup in TM bowl.  Heat on 60 0C for 2 minutes on speed 2.

     

    Add remaining ingredients and set dial to closed lid position Closed lid and mix for 30 second on Interval speed. Dough mode

     

    Drop a teaspoon full of mixture onto prepared tray and bake for around 10-12 minutes.

    So easy, light and yummy.   I would add another tspn more ginger next time, maybe some chopped ginger pieces as well.
