Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place cored and quartered apple into the mixing bowl. Chop speed 5, 10 seconds. Scrape down and repeat if necessary to ensure even consistency.
2. Add bananas and mix speed 4, 10 seconds.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix speed 4, 10 seconds.
4. Let ingredients sit for 5 minutes to allow the banana to absorb into the oats.
5. Turn oven on to 180 degrees.
6. Place mix into a baking paper lined slice tin and bake for 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
7. Allow to cool and then slice into bars or pieces. Store in airtight container or wrap individually.
