  • 55 grams sugar
  • 25 grams honey
  • 100 grams corn flakes

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees

  1. Preheat ovento 160 degrees.

    Place butter, sugar and honey in bowl. Cook 5 minutes on Varoma, Speed 2.

    Add cornflakes. Mix 1 minute Counter-clockwise operation Speed Gentle stir setting. Use spatula to help coat cornflakes.

    Spoon into patty pans. Bake in oven for 3 minutes.

    I just love these. Sometimes I'll reduce the sugar and add a little extra honey or I'll substitute the honey for Rice Malt Syrup. They don't last long   Love

    These are fantastic!!! Was a bit worried that the corn flakes would get crushed but they didn't!!! Kids LOVED them and doing it in the thermomix makes it sooo much easier!!! Thanks so much for sharing tmrc_emoticons.)
