Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 175C
2. Place sweet potato in Thermomix bowl and chop for 4 - 6 seconds / speed 5. Set aside
3. Place coconut syrup, coconut oil and vanilla seeds into Thermomix bowl and heat for 1 1/2 minutes / 50 C / speed 2
4. Add the eggs sweet potato and mix for 10 seconds / speed 3
5. Add the coconut flour, cacao powder and baking powder and mix for 15 - 20 seconds / speed 3
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or cake tin greased with a little coconut oil.
