If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
- Chop apples in bowl for 2 seconds on Speed 5. Set aside.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to bowl and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 5. Scrape the bowl.
- Add apple and mix on Reverse for 10 seconds , Speed 5
- Pour into a greased and lined slice tin.
- Bake at 180 C for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Keeps for about 3 days.
I first started making this to use up all the nibbled apples in my fridge from my toddler.
Just chop those bits off to make up about 3 apples worth from several apples

This does indeed live up to it's name. Very quick and easy. I added a crumble topping to it and it was loved by all. I also made it gluten free by using GF flour and dairy free by using dairy free margarine instead of butter.
