      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Butter, Sugar, Condended milk to Closed lid

    Mix 1 minute, speed 4

    Scrape down sides of bowl

    Mix again for 30 seconds, speed 4

    Add SR flour

    Mix 10 seconds speed 4

    Add chocolate chips

    Mix Counter-clockwise operation 10 seconds, speed 4

    Press lightly with fork, flatten a little. Bake fan bake 160 degrees, 10 minutes
