weigh sugar into the bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9
add the softened butter and mix for 30 seconds on speed 3
Add the flour and mix for 30 seconds on speed 3.
add the egg whites and mix for 1 minute on speed 4
pour into a piping bag with a round nozzle.
pipe out biscuits 3 cm apart
bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the edges look golden all the way around
allow to cool on a biscuit tray
preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
