      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows 80° Speed 4.

    Add rice bubbles. Mix until combined on Reverse speed 1

    Spread on to a lined pan and refrigerate.

    Cut into bars when solid.

    Tm5 won't heat without time set. Tried 2mins as suggested. Used two 180g bags of mixed marshmallows. Also 2mins reverse to mix. Set in 20x20 paper lined tin. Will cut into about 15pc.

  • So so easy!! Mix in reserse

    So so easy!! Mix in reserse Counter-clockwise operation for about 4 minutes ir until well combined! I couldnt find just white mashies so used all white with a few pink to make up 200grms! Cant wait for my son to take one to school!
