  • Please tell me the secret in rolling up the log...

    Submitted by MrsQ on 13. August 2017 - 17:46.

Please tell me the secret in rolling up the log and managing to get the cheese lemon filling to stay in and not slop out everywhere as you try to roll it up, it's just a bit sloppy mess. If they come out tasting nice, next time I'll just spread lemon curd on the dough then pipe lemon cream cheese on the top of a cooked scroll and drizzling with lemon curd!

  • I was really looking forward

I was really looking forward to these, but they turned out quite dry. Maybe I should try using a little more liquid and see how they go. Look impressive though.

  • Warm scrolls not straight

    Submitted by WildMum on 31. January 2014 - 18:15.

Warm scrolls not straight from the oven scrolls! I melted my icing when I put it on straight away. I'm sure they will still be delicious though.
