Condenced Milk
- 40 g unsalted butter
- 125 g water
- 160 g raw sugar
- 110 g milk powder
- 1 pinches salt
Base
- 1 packages Marie biscuits
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 40 g Coconut
- 200 g Condenced milk, pre made
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
Icing
- 240 g icing sugar
- 40 g Butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place butter and water into thermomix bowl and heat, 3min/varoma/speed 2.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend 30sec/speed 10, if not smooth blend for another 5seconds.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
3. Transfer into sterlised sealable jars , set aside, uncovered untill cool.
Store in the fridge for up 2 weeks. - 1. Line a slice tin with baking paper
2.Add biscuts 5 sec/speed 8
3. add coconut and mix 5sec/sp 4 and set aside in seperate bowl
4. Add butter to mixing bowl and melt 2mins/60degrees/sp1
5. Add condenced milk and lemon juice stir 5sec/stir
6. Add dry ingredients (from seperate bowl) back into mixing bowl with butter mixture. 10sec/sp4
7. pour into pre-prepared slice tin and spread evenly, put in the fridge to set. "Closed lid" 1. place sugar into bowl 20sec/sp10
2. place butter and lemon juice into mixing bowl 30sec/sp4
3. Spread icing over cooled slice
sprinkle extra coconut if desired.

We are massive lemon slice fans and this one was delicious. I did add lemon rind to the base and icing as we love a big tang, I will be using this recipe from now on!
