small pieces Lemon peel, mill 1 minute
250 gram Butter softened
2 eggs, mix 1 minute speed 4
270 grams plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
110 gram Milk, knead 1 minute, put in tin to bake
3/4 --- Cup of Sugar
3/4 cup of lemon juice, mix and pour over cooked cake
