Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add a commentThanks for the recipe Nadia,
Thanks for the recipe Nadia, I have lemons falling off my tree, so this was a good option. Weight of juice is easier, and I grated the peel in my thermomix. Mucked up following your clear instructions - didn't do the eggs and lemon separately or wait for it to cool completely, as I missed it in the tips section. BUT it is a really moist, really lemon flavoured slice. I will add the lemon juice gradually to the icing mixture next time, as it was I bit too runny.
