Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees (fan forced).
- 2. Grease and line 20 cm spring-form pan.
- 3. Add butter and banana to mixing bowl and mix for 7 seconds, speed 8.
- 4. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds, speed 4.
- 5. Pour into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

Tip
Feel free to substitute rice malt syrup for sugar.
