Recipe's preparation
Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with patty cake cases (muffin size) and preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Add all ingredients to the bowl.
Mix 1 min/Sp 5.
Pour muffin batter into the cases, then sprinkle with cinnamon and raw sugar.
Bake in the oven for 20 mins or until golden brown.
Variation: Add a handful of choc chips after mixing for a sweeter treat. Mix 10 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Sp 3.
These muffins freeze really well. Once they are cooled, pop them in a container for the freezer. Simply add a frozen muffin to the lunchbox each morning - it'll be thawed by morning tea!

Can also be made into a Banana Cake. Bake in a 23x12cm loaf tin.
