      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add apricots to the bowl 10sec/sp5 MC on

  2. Add remaining ingredients 30sec/Counter-clockwise operation/Sp4

  3. Place into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180 for 1hr or until a skewer comes out clean.

Tip

You can use any dried fruit in place of the Apricots (sultana or other dried fruit)

You can use any liquid eg milk or water in place of the yogurt.

My family has called this the 5 Cup Cake as you use 1 cup each of 5 different ingredients.
