Ingredients

45 piece(s)

  • 100 g Butter (unsalted), Soft
  • 170 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the TM bowl and mix 3 minutes / speed 4. Set aside for 20 minutes. 

  2. Turn the oven on 180°C fan forced. 

  3. Pour 1 teaspoon of mixture in each madeleine form. 

  4. Bake 10 minutes. 

  5. Let cool on a grid.

    I agree. Definitely only supposed to be a teaspoon, surely?! I have tried to rectify it by adding golden syrup to the last batch...

    Ok but a nasty after taste of baking soda, I think a tablespoon is too much, might try a teaspoon next time
