Recipe's preparation
- preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced
Place sugar in and mill for 10 seconds speed 9
insert butterfly whisk
add butter & cream for 3 mins on speed 3
in last 30 seconds add egg
remove butterfly whisk
add flour and choc chips and kneed for 12 seconds
roll into teaspoons sized balls on a baking tray
cook 20 mins at 180 degrees
