      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    base
  1. put everything in tmx and mix 20-30secs speed 5

    press evenly into lined rectangle baking dish 28x18cm approx and cook for 20mins in 180 oven till golden


    filling

    put mulberries into glass bowl and sprinkle with cornflour and sugar and crush few the mulberries with fork and mix through spread on top pastry


    topping

    put everything in bowl and mix 5-10secs/rev/speed4 till combined then spread over mulberries i used fork to spread

    bake for approx 20mins 180 till golden
