- 100 grams Butter
- 310 grams SR flour
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
- 165 grams brown sugar
- 310 grams Milk
- 2 eggs
- 170 grams milk choc bits
- 170 grams White or Caramel Choc Bits, alternately you can use dark choc bits
Recipe is created for
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Place butter into TM bowl and melt for 2 minutes/60°C/speed 4
Place remaining ingredients except choc bits into TM bowl and mix for 40 seconds on speed 4
Add choc bits and mix for 10 seconds on speed 1, using the spatula to help encorporate
spoon mixture into greased muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (test with a skewer)
