- 4 crushed wheetbix
- 210g water (hot)
- 1 egg
- 80g Walnuts pieces

Recipe's preparation
Place wheetbix into Thermo bowl & blitz 5 sec speed 5
set aside.
Place Dates into bowl & Blitz 10 secs speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add sugar, hot water, bicarb, & butter, 60 degress "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting" for 10 mins.
Add Wheetbix, egg, walnuts & flour, mix well 10 sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.
Pour into lined lamington tin & bake for 25 mins - 180 degress or until skewer is clean.
